Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly and you can access it on any device with an internet connection. However, for the best user experience, we strongly recommend using Lingstar on laptops and tablets due to their larger screens.
Using Lingstar is simple and intuitive. To start, type in the vocabulary or grammar structure you wish to focus on in the search bar. You can also choose the level of language proficiency to tailor the exercises to your students' needs. Once you've found the perfect exercise, you can display it on your monitor for smaller groups, or on a larger board, which we recommend for bigger groups. As the teacher, you control the pace of the exercise by changing the slides.
Yes, Lingstar works well for online lessons. Open the exercise in full-screen mode and share your browser window or tab through the video tool you already teach with – Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or any other. Your students see the exercise exactly as you do, and you keep control of the pace by changing the slides.
Because you are sharing your own screen, there is nothing for your students to install, open or log into.
No. Your students never need a Lingstar account. During the lesson they simply look at the exercise you are displaying – on a screen or board in the classroom, or through your shared screen in an online lesson.
Only the teacher needs an account, which makes Lingstar easy to bring into any class.
Currently, Lingstar exercises are designed by our expert educators and are not customizable. However, you can select exercises that best fit your classroom needs using our search feature and proficiency level filter.
It depends on the material. Speaking exercises are made for the screen – you open them on the platform and run the lesson straight from there, so there is nothing to download and nothing to prepare.
Printables are the exception. They are worksheets prepared as PDF files: you download the file, print it, and hand the copies to your own students. Look for the printer icon in the library, or use the Printables filter to see only those.
Everything else stays on the platform, categorised and searchable, and the database keeps growing – so you always have fresh materials ready for your classes.

Premium Membership is a monthly subscription. It renews by itself and you can cancel with one click at any time. It is the cheapest way to pay month by month.
Premium Access is a one-time payment for a period you choose, from a single month up to three years ahead. Nothing renews, and the longer the period, the less you pay per month.
There is also a free account, which gives you a limited selection of exercises with no card required.

Yes – an invoice is generated automatically for every payment – subscription or one-time – whether you purchase as an individual or a business. You don't need to do anything to request it.
How you receive your invoice depends on who you are:
If you're purchasing on behalf of a company and need your business details (company name, address, tax identification number) on the invoice, simply check the "I'm purchasing as a business" option at checkout and fill in the required fields. The checkbox only affects what is printed on the invoice – the invoice itself is issued either way.
All invoices are issued by our company based in Poland through inFakt, our invoicing service provider, and registered in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), in accordance with mandatory e-invoicing obligations under Polish tax law. This applies to every invoice we issue, regardless of where the buyer is based.
We support a wide range of payment methods – cards, digital wallets and local bank payments – and the list adapts to the country you are paying from. Depending on where you are, that can mean BLIK and Przelewy24 in Poland, Bizum in Spain, MB WAY and Multibanco in Portugal, Pix in Brazil or Satispay in Italy, alongside cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Klarna. You will see everything available to you at checkout.
Some of these methods work only for a one-time payment. That is not our choice: certain payment methods simply cannot be charged again automatically, so they are not offered for the renewing subscription. If you want to pay with such a method, choose Premium Access – you pay once for the period you select.

Cancelling your subscription is easy and can be done at any time. Just click on your avatar and go to the Premium section, where you will find the option to cancel.
Even after cancelling, you keep access to all of your premium materials until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you bought Premium Access, there is nothing to cancel – it is a one-time payment that simply ends on the date shown in your account.
