You can also choose the level of language proficiency to tailor the exercises to your students' needs. Once you've found the perfect exercise, you can display it on your monitor for smaller groups, or on a larger board, which we recommend for bigger groups. As the teacher, you control the pace of the exercise by changing the slides.

Yes, Lingstar is an excellent resource for online lessons. Every teacher has their own unique link. Share this link with your students. They simply need to click on the link and wait for you to start the exercise. Once you turn on the "sharing on" button within the chosen exercise, your students will be able to see the same exercise on their screen. There's no need to share your screen or send multiple links - it's that easy!

Yes, students do not need to create an account to access the exercises. They only need the unique link you provide. This makes Lingstar an easy and convenient tool for teachers and students alike.

Currently, Lingstar exercises are designed by our expert educators and are not customizable. However, you can select exercises that best fit your classroom needs using our search feature and proficiency level filter.

Lingstar does not offer the option to download exercises, but we provide something even better. All of our exercises are easily accessible and categorised on our platform, providing you with everything you need at your fingertips. Plus, our database is constantly expanding with new exercises being added regularly. This means you'll always have fresh and engaging materials ready for your classes.

At Lingstar, we have a monthly subscription plan that provides access to all the exercises. The payment process is straightforward and automatic. You can pay using any card - it doesn't have to be a credit card, just a standard card you use for everyday transactions.

Yes – an invoice is generated automatically for every paid subscription, whether you purchase as an individual or a business. You don't need to do anything to request it.

How you receive your invoice depends on who you are:

• Polish businesses: your invoice is delivered through the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), which is your default channel for receiving invoices. If you'd also like to receive a copy by email, you can enable this option in your account settings.
• Everyone else (individuals and non-Polish businesses): your invoice is always sent to your email address.

If you're purchasing on behalf of a company and need your business details (company name, address, tax identification number) on the invoice, simply check the "I'm purchasing as a business" option at checkout and fill in the required fields. The checkbox only affects what is printed on the invoice – the invoice itself is issued either way.

All invoices are issued by our company based in Poland through inFakt, our invoicing service provider, and registered in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), in accordance with mandatory e-invoicing obligations under Polish tax law. This applies to every invoice we issue, regardless of where the buyer is based.

Lingstar offers payments via credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For the annual plan, payment via bank transfer is also possible – if you wish to use this option, please contact our support.

Cancelling your subscription is easy and can be done at any time. Just click on your avatar and navigate to the 'membership' section, where you'll find the option to cancel your subscription.

Even after cancellation, you'll still have access to all of your premium materials until the end of the period you've already paid for.
